I can't recommend Caroline highly enough. From our very first session, she was incredibly easy to talk to and created such a safe, non-judgemental space where I felt completely comfortable opening up. Her advice was thoughtful, insightful, and truly tailored to me - not just to my health needs, but also to what I could realistically imagine incorporating into my life. It never felt generic, it felt personal and purposeful.
