My Story

My name is Caroline Donoghue and I am a Registered Nutritional Therapist. I have been working in practice since 2020, supporting women through fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, a focus that has become the heart of my work and what truly drives me.

I was born in France but I fell in love with England over 15 years ago and have been based here ever since. I am now settled in Amersham (Buckinghamshire), after many years in North London.

My own health journey is what led me to this profession. Until 2012, I took my health for granted. After a period of illness, I was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease. At the time, I began to accept that feeling unwell might be my new normal. Years of uncertainty followed, until I eventually sought the support of a Nutritional Therapist.

That experience changed everything. It transformed my health, deepened my understanding of my body, and ultimately led me to my purpose: supporting others to understand and take ownership of their own health. Looking back, I can now see that while my diagnosis was incredibly challenging, it also guided me towards the work I am deeply passionate about today.

Alongside my clinical work, I am a mother to two boys. Like many mothers, I understand how demanding the mental load can be and how easy it is to put your own wellbeing last while caring for everyone else. This is why I am so passionate about supporting women through the journey of motherhood — because it truly takes a village, and I believe women deserve to feel held, nourished and supported within it.

Through my practice, I help women feel more energised, balanced and confident in their bodies, so they can move through motherhood with greater ease and wellbeing. I would love to be part of your village and support you on that journey.
