Private Consultations

As a Nutritional Therapist, I was trained to understand how nutrients, other foods and lifestyle factors influence the function of the body by considering biochemical individuality. For one condition there might be many causes and for one cause there might be many conditions! You may have the same condition as someone else but you are unique.

What can you expect from me?

There is no one-size-fits-all approach and therefore your personalised health plan will vary depending on your situation, life and commitment, current health, condition, food likes and dislikes, tolerances or intolerances.

You will receive a personalised plan at the end of each session.

I can offer you my knowledge and coaching to achieve your goals. There is no judgement and we will go at your pace.

Where appropriate, I may recommend high-quality supplements or functional testing to help us better understand your health. I only recommend these when I believe they will genuinely benefit your care.

Above all, I can offer you a safe space – our sessions will always remain confidential.

What do I expect from you?

You will be asked to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and, where appropriate, a 3-day food diary before your first consultation. The more information I gather, the better I can support you and build a picture of your health history. If your relationship with food is difficult, or you find keeping a food diary triggering or stressful, please don't worry. Let me know before your appointment, we can adapt this part of the process and find an alternative approach that feels supportive for you.

You are the master of your own health, and my role is to guide and support you. To get the most from working together, I ask that you come with an open mind and a willingness to make gradual, sustainable changes. Together, we'll work towards improving your health in a way that fits your life.

How many sessions do you need?

Every new client begins with a three-month personalised programme, designed to give you the time, guidance and accountability needed to achieve meaningful, lasting results. Addressing hormonal and gut health takes time, and this structured approach allows us to identify the root causes of your symptoms, implement sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes, and monitor your progress along the way.

At the end of the programme, we'll review your progress together. I work in line with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) code of ethics and will always recommend only the level of support that is appropriate for you. My priority is to provide effective, evidence-based care that supports real and lasting change.

Three-month programmes start from £750, with payment plans available.
