Making changes during pregnancy can sometimes feel overwhelming, so we'll prioritise the most crucial areas for you! It will always be a personalised plan.

What’s Included?

  • An initial 75-minute consultation to discuss your symptoms, dietary habits, preferences and health history

  • Four 60-minute follow-up consultations (one for each trimester). I recommend a comprehensive blood test before and after birth to identify and address any nutritional deficiencies or other concerns

  • A personalised health and lifestyle optimisation plan after each session

  • A personalised supplement plan suitable during pregnancy and postpartum

  • Testing recommendations and interpretation with the laboratory

  • Food and lifestyle diary analysis

  • Handouts and meal suggestions 

  • Coaching and accountability to keep you on track

The package is £1245 (spread over 3 payments of £415) and is valid for 12 months. Please note that the functional tests are at additional costs but interpretation of any tests are included in the price.
